Job Description
Tandoor Specialist Chef required for an Indian restaurant chain in Kuwait City. Candidates with expertise in North Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking are required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic North Indian tandoor items (naan, roti, tikka, kebabs)
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion
- Control kitchen operations during service
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in tandoor section
