HR Executive

HR Executives required for a manufacturing company in Kuwait. Candidates with Gulf HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee attendance, leave and payroll
- Process iqama/visa renewals and government documentation
- Coordinate with PACI and Ministry of Social Affairs for labor matters
- Maintain HR records and employee personal files
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
