Job Description
HR Manager required for a mid-size company in Dubai, UAE. Gulf HR experience and UAE labor law knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
- Handle UAE visa/labor card processing and renewals
- Oversee payroll management and compensation review
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Develop and implement performance management system
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

MBA in HR or Graduate with CIPD qualification. 7+ years HR experience, Gulf/UAE experience mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Excellent English. Valid passport.
