Job Description
IT Support Engineers required for a technology services company in Dubai. Candidates with networking and system administration experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to office users
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365 and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
- Handle IT asset inventory and procurement
- Document IT issues and resolutions in ticketing system

Requirements
B.Tech in IT/CS or Diploma with equivalent experience. 2+ years IT support experience. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365. CCNA/CompTIA A+ preferred. Valid passport.
