Job Description

Logistics Coordinators required for a freight forwarding company in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments with transporters, freight forwarders and customs agents
- Prepare shipping documents (BOL, packing list, invoice, COO)
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Liaise with ports, terminals and customs for clearance
- Handle import/export documentation
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors
- Resolve logistics issues and delays

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain. 3+ years logistics experience. Knowledge of Qatar/GCC customs procedures. Good English communication. MS Office and ERP proficiency. Valid passport.
